In my 18+ years of offering home repairs, I have been asked to do most everything. From driving a Ferrari to changing a single bulb to removing dead vermin, so if you don't see something on my list, PLEASE ASK - I have a hard time saying no.
I am happy to work on your rental, however due to the complexities of rentals, there is a 50% surcharge on all labor rates
